She died Friday, May 23, 1997, at St. Luke's Midland Regional Medical Center. Adonna Joan Nash was born Sept. 4, 1931, to Harold and Mary Alice (Groft) Nash at Northville. She graduated from Northville High School in 1949. She married Willis E. Klapperich on Nov. 30, 1950, at Mellette. They lived in Lemmon. In 1954, they moved to Bowdle, where they owned and operated Bill's Body and Repair. He died June 12, 1969. She sold the business and moved to Northville. In 1986, she moved to Watertown. In 1988, she returned to Northville. In November 1993, she became a resident of Aberdeen Living Center. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and a former member of the South Dakota Jaycettes at Bowdle. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Eugene Klapperich of Watertown and Terrance Lynn (Martha) Klapperich of Fort Worth, Texas; five daughters, Peggy Roxanne (Dennis) Jeschke of Northville, Rennae Joan (Larry) O'Connor of Burbank, S.D., Brenda Jo Johnson of Lee Center, N.Y., Lynette Deniege (Terry) Furman of Groton and Marlys Mary (Tom) Olson of Watertown; her mother of Aberdeen; one brother, Lester Melvin Nash of Northville; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, her husband, one daughter and one brother. Casket bearers will be Doug Nash, Lonnie Nash, Randy Holsing, Bob Weiszhaar, David Artz and Tracy Olson.
