Description	:	Agnes Ava (Ryan) Amon was the third of four children born to Sam and Jeannie Ryan. Her birth took place at Ray, Alberta, a small community northwest of Edmonton, near the current village of Riviere Qui Barre. Later she moved with her family to Lavoy, Alberta where they lived on a farm. When she was in high school they lived in Edmonton where Agnes attended high school and also Alberta College. Agnes worked at a number of jobs including the matron of the Rocky Mountain House Hospital.
