Description	:	Agnes George, age 97 of Pikeville, died Sunday, April 8, 2018. Agnes married the love of her life, Albert Finley George. They owned and operated G and W furniture store for many years. She was a member and attended Wheeler Hill Church of Christ. As part of her pastime she enjoyed camping, cooking, sewing, and was excellent with fire-arms. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Finley George (A.F.); parents, Fred and Sally Steakley Bickford; son-in-law, Jim Hall; sisters, Johnnie Mae Rogers, Thelma Della Sinks. Left to cherish Agnes’s memories are her children, Denny (Carla) George, Dunlap, Freddy (Sharon) George, Mary Frances Hall, Pikeville, brothers-in-law, James and Bill George, California; six grandchildren; Isreal, Greta, Sumor, Kris, Jeremy, Daniel; four great-grandchildren; Layla, Ian, Baylor, Finley; special friends Brenda and Conrad Moore; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. A celebration of Agnes’s life will be 2:00 pm CDT Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bobby Collier officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-9 pm CDT Monday and 9 until service time Tuesday.
