Mrs. Martin was a four year resident of Mitchell after moving from White Lake where she had lived all her life. She passed away Friday morning at the local hospital after an extended illness. She had been hospitalized since June 23. Agnes Roth, daughter of Rose & Nick Roth, was born at White Lake, South Dakota on Sept. 10, 1912 and passed away at the St. Joseph Hospital in Mitchell, South Dakota on Aug. 1, 1958. She married Mathias Leibrich of White Lake, South Dakota on Oct. 26, 1932. Matt passed away six weeks later on Dec. 7, 1932. On June 21, 1934, she was married to John Leibrich, of White Lake, South Dakota. Four children were born to them: Gerald, Tommy, John, & Marlene. The family lived on a farm south of White Lake. Mr. Leibrich passed away in 1944. On July 1, 1947, she was married to Jacob Martin. They made their home on a farm near White Lake until four years ago when they moved to Mitchell. She is survived by her widower, Jacob Martin, Mitchell, SD; three sons, Gerald Leibrich, Sioux City, Iowa, Thomas Leibrich, Minneapolis, MN and John Leibrich, Mitchell, SD; one daughter, Marlene Leibrich, Mitchell, SD; three grandchildren; a brother, Donald Roth, White Lake, SD; a sister, Irene (Clell) Kirton, Wessington Springs, SD; and her parents, Nick and Rosa Roth, White Lake, SD. Pallbearers were Les Helgeland, John Sullivan, Martin Silvernail, and Bill Anton, all of Mitchell, and John Mettel and A.C. Mairose of White Lake. *************************** June wedding - Saint Peter's Church was the scene of a pretty wedding June 21, 1934 at 9 a.m. when Agnes Leibrich became the bride of John Leibrich. The bride was dressed in coral pink crepe with white accessories. She was attended by her sister, Irene, who wore a dress of blue crepe with white. Peter Martin acted as best man. After the ceremony, the party was entertained at a breakfast at the home of John Leibrich. A dinner was served at noon for 40 guests by Mary Flamming of Farmer, South Dakota, aunt of the bride. ***************************
