Giesselman First husband of Anna Schmidt Obituary: "WELL-KNOWN FARMER OF ARLINGTON VICINITY DIES AFTER SHORT ILLNESS. -- Albert Giesselman, 41, died at his home south of Arlington on Monday evening after being bedfast but a few days. He had been in poor health the past year. The son of J. G. Giesselman, well-known farmer of south of Arlington, he was born near Arlington and spent his entire life in that community. He was educated in the public schools and later started farming a half mile east of his father's farm. Fifteen years ago, he was married to Miss Anna Schmidt, and to this match two children, a son, Boyd, and a daughter, Phyllis, were born. They with the bereaved wife and mother, survive him. His mother passed away in June 1932. Surviving him besides his wife and children, are his father, J. G. Giesselman, two brothers, Ed and Harry, both of Arlington and six sisters, Mrs. Fred Vogt of Arlington, Mrs. Henry Toebben and Mrs. Walter Nieman of Fontanelle, and the Misses Ella, Edna and Alice, at home. Funeral services will be held at the home at 1:30 Friday afternoon and at 2 o'clock at the Brown Creek Lutheran Church, north of Arlington. Interment will be in Brown Creek Cemetery." *Obituary provided by 'Mrs B'
