Arrangements were in charge of the Lewis Funeral Home. Interment was at Holyoke Memorial Park. A son of Claus and Meta Hinck, Albert Hinck was born January 3, 1887, at Concordia, Missouri. He moved to Nebraska with his parents as a small child. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church at an early age. On January 24, 1912, Mr. Hinck was united in marriage to Ernestina B. Hipke. They moved to Colorado in the spring of 1917, establishing their home on a farm 13 miles north of Holyoke. They resided on the farm until Mrs. Hinck's death in June 1957, and Mr. Hinck then moved to Holyoke. He had lived here since that time. Among Mr. Hinck's survivors are two sons, Donald Hinck, Wilton, California, and Walter Hinck, Holyoke; two daughters, Mrs. Amber Hinrichs, Elk Grove, California, and Mrs. Erma Ellis, Wheatridge, Colorado; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death besides his wife were his parents and several brothers and sister. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ WORLD WAR I DRAFT REGISTRATION: Albert signed a WWI draft registration card June 5, 1917 at Sedgwick County, Colorado giving his date of birth as January 3, 1887. Born Concordia, Missouri. Description: age 30, married, medium height, medium build, light blue eyes, dark brown hair.
