Dalbey, 53, of Chicago, a former Ottumwa who died in Laramie, Wyo., Monday afternoon, will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in charge of the Rev. David Ash, pastor of the Willard Street Methodist church. Burial will be in the Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Gilliam, Robert Yoder, Rex Christy, Herbert French, Homer Fair, Clyde Burton, William Blomgren and Ray Dailey. Survivors include four stepdaughters, Mrs. Rex Christy, Mrs. Jack Gilliam and Mrs. Bob Yoder, all of Ottumwa and Mrs. Herbert French of Sacramento, Calif.
