Description	:	Mrs. Albertina Schneider, widow of Conrad Schneider, and a well known pioneer woman of Olympia, died suddenly last night shortly after 8 o'clock at her home on the Westside, at the advanced age of 74 years. Heart failure was the cause of her death. Mrs. Schneider came here with her husband a half century ago and has since made her home in Olympia. The family is widely known throughout the upper Sound. A number of children, all grown and residing in various parts of the state, survive her. Her husband Conrad Schneider died in this city a few years ago.... Heart failure was the cause of her death. Mrs. Schneider came here with her husband a half century ago and has since made her home in Olympia. The family is widely known throughout the upper Sound. A number of children, all grown and residing in various parts of the state, survive her. Her husband Conrad Schneider died in this city a few years ago. She made the trip across the plains in an ox wagon from Iowa with her husband in the early days, and was here during the Indian wars. The funeral will be held at the residence at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon. The funeral cortege will leave the house at 2 o'clock for the Odd Fellows cemetery. Olympia Record, Feb 9, 1906.
