Description	:	ALDO B. FALETTO - Friday - December 10, 1993 CHELAN _ Aldo B. Faletto, 82, longtime resident of Chelan, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1993, in Lake Chelan Community Hospital, as the result of injuries suffered in a car accident earlier that day. He was born Oct. 26, 1911, to John and Eleanora (Berutti) Faletto, at Lucerne. The family moved to Chelan in 1915, where he attended school. He graduated from Chelan High School in 1929, and was active in football and was a charter member of Boy Scout Troop 12. Following graduation, he attended Washington State College. Read More	ALDO B. He was born Oct. 26, 1911, to John and Eleanora (Berutti) Faletto, at Lucerne. The family moved to Chelan in 1915, where he attended school. He graduated from Chelan High School in 1929, and was active in football and was a charter member of Boy Scout Troop 12. Following graduation, he attended Washington State College. He married Louise Thulean on June 30, 1932, at Okanogan. They lived at Chelan until moving to Tacoma in 1941. Mr. Faletto was employed in the shipyards where he received a medal for outstanding performance. They returned to Chelan in 1945, and Mr. Faletto worked for Blue Chelan Inc. He retired as plant superintendent in 1977. He was a member of the Chelan Christian Church, a charter member of the Chelan Eagles and served on its board for many years. He was a member and past president of Kiwanis, had served on the Lake Chelan Irrigation Board, the Governor's Council on Aging, the Chelan School District Building Advisory Committee, the Lake Chelan Community Hospital Advisory Board, and was a commissioner for the Chelan Fire District. He was a member of the Chelan Senior Citizens and was honored by the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce as Senior Citizen of the Year. He was also grand marshal of the Apple Knockers Parade. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. David (Eleanor) Clark of East Wenatchee, Glenna Fisher of Chelan and Lana Salvino of Lynnwood; a brother, Martin of Chelan; two sisters, Mrs. Herb (Mary) Goedde of Chelan and Jennie Faletto of Spokane; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1982, an infant son and a brother. Arrangements are by Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan. Adopted niece: Glenna Rae Olds Fisher
