| Description | : | OBITUARY: Chelan - A. C. (Chet) Hinton, 70, Chelan, a long-time Mallot orchardist, died in a Chelan hospital Saturday following an extended illness. Born in Prineville, Ore., Aug. 16, 1894, he homesteaded in the Big Bend with his parents when a child. He married Winifred McClure April 7, 1913, at Waterville and they later made their home at Mallot where he operated an orchard for 36 years. Since 1946 he resided in Chelan.
