Description	:	Boone County Democrat March 19, 1909 Shortly after 9:00 o'clock Thursday evening, March 11th., at the family home in Logansport, occurred the death of Alexander Kelly, the young son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kelly, after an illness of only four days duration with brain fever. Allie as he was always called by his family and friends was born in Denison, Iowa, Sep. 12, 1898, making him ten years and six months old at the time of his death. Read More	Boone County Democrat March 19, 1909 Shortly after 9:00 o'clock Thursday evening, March 11th., at the family home in Logansport, occurred the death of Alexander Kelly, the young son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kelly, after an illness of only four days duration with brain fever. Allie as he was always called by his family and friends was born in Denison, Iowa, Sep. 12, 1898, making him ten years and six months old at the time of his death. The family came to Boone five years ago and have since resided here. The funeral services were held from the home in Logansport at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon conducted by Father Saunders of the Sacred Heart Church, burial in the Catholic cemetery. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kelly, two brothers, Frank and John, and one sister Ethel, survive to mourn his untimely death and are given the sincere sympathy of their many friends in their sad bereavement.
