Description	:	A.C. "Pete" Moses, 67, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 1992, in the Watertown Hospital, following an extended illness. Mr. Moses was born July 12, 1925, in Witten. He grew up in Winner and was graduated from Winner High School in 1943. He served in the Army Infantry during World War II and the Korean War. He received the Good Conduct Medal, Bronze Star, and the Philippines Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Star. He married Mary Latsis on Aug. 10, 1947, in Watertown. "Pete" Moses, 67, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 1992, in the Watertown Hospital, following an extended illness. Mr. Moses was born July 12, 1925, in Witten. He grew up in Winner and was graduated from Winner High School in 1943. He served in the Army Infantry during World War II and the Korean War. He received the Good Conduct Medal, Bronze Star, and the Philippines Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Star. He married Mary Latsis on Aug. 10, 1947, in Watertown. In 1946, he moved to Watertown and was in business with his uncle Ted Moses, until becoming a postal clerk. He served with the Postal Service for 30 years until retiring in 1987. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, serving in many capacities including several terms on the vestry, the American Legion, VFW, DAV, and the Elks. Survivors include his wife, Mary; three sons: Randy of Pierre, Jeff of Atlanta, Ga., and Mark of Watertown; two daughters: Mrs. Kevin (Cathy) Lehman of Pierre, and Mrs. Gabe (Cindy) Mydland of Canton; seven grandchildren; four brothers: Bob and Cook, both of Denver, Colo., Bill of Winner, and Ed of Land O' Lakes, Fla.; and five sisters: Mrs. Clare (Dot) Cowan and Mrs. Don (Kate) DiPaola, both of Denver, Mrs. D.L. (Shirley) " Hart of Phoenix, Arz., Mrs. Ralph (Bernice) Weickum of Helena, Mont., and Boots Moses of Winner. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery with military rites conducted by Codington County Post 17 of the American Legion. Visitations will be from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the church and prior to services at the church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Trinity Episcopal Church Elevator Fund. Wight and Fox Funeral Chapel in Watertown is in charge of arrangements.
