Description	:	*Mr. Alfred “A.D.” David Dorman*, age 81 of Hwy. 1115 passed away January 10, 2017 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Mr. Dorman was born September 14, 1935 a son of the late Austin M. Dorman and Clyde Tompkins Dorman. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and served in the United States Navy. A.D. worked many years in the restaurant management business, enjoyed working beside his father in law, grinding grits and corn meal. Mr. Dorman loved farming, family, food, the mountains, and southern gospel music. He was predeceased... Mr. Dorman was born September 14, 1935 a son of the late Austin M. Dorman and Clyde Tompkins Dorman. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and served in the United States Navy. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Aynor from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday January 13, 2017. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday January 14, 2017 at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Dean Connor and Rev. Gordon Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
