He was married to Sarah Jane Cooper, December 10 1865. To this union was born two sons, Aldo Z, of Albany, Molland M of Casa Grandi, Arizona. His wife died Sept 21, 1879. He was married to Sarah Jane Cooper, December 10 1865. To this union was born two sons, Aldo Z, of Albany, Molland M of Casa Grandi, Arizona. His wife died Sept 21, 1879. He married Hulda Wood, December 2, 1892, to home were born one daughter, Alla Edith, who died in Childhood. He is survived by the widow, two sons, one sister, Mrs. Julia A Scott of Coubell Grove, Kansas and three granddaughters. He enlisted in Co A 92nd Reg OVI in 1862 and served until the end of the war. He was converted about 1875 at the Town House and united with that church remaining a member until his death. For many years he was an active church and Sunday school worker. He was a member of Lee Grange orhanization. In 1874 also a charter member of Albany Grange No. 1611. He joined the Masonic lodge in 1890 at Albany.
