| Description | : | Obituary Mrs. John Hamstra, 99, of Sioux Center died Sunday in the Sioux Center Hospital. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Home in Sioux Center. The Rev. John Hellinga officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Hamstra, the former Alice Kosters, was born May 19, 1883[sic], in Sioux Center. She married John Hamstra Feb. 23, 1934 in Sioux Center. They made their home in Ireton and Sioux Center. He died in 1967. Survivors include two stepsons, William of Merrill and Clarence of Rock Springs, Wyo.; nine step-grandchildren and 15 step-greatgrandchildren. |
