She was a retired Beautician and Farmer. She was also a member of Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Theron Deese, and second husband, Robert Beaman. She is survived by her nephew whom she helped raise, Donald Misenheimer; one step-son, Bobby Beaman of Albemarle, NC; one step-daughter, Doris Rohloff of Atlantic Beach, NC; three step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
