Description	:	Alice Loretta Gossack Strouf, 87, passed away on May 28, 2021 at the Central Montana Medical Center in Lewistown, MT. She was born on May 15, 1934 in Great Falls, MT to Benedict and Elsie Hermansen Gossack. She was raised above her parents' grocery store in Highwood, MT, as she would say, she as a Dane along with her four Pollack brothers. Alice graduated Valedictorian from Highwood High School. Read More	Alice Loretta Gossack Strouf, 87, passed away on May 28, 2021 at the Central Montana Medical Center in Lewistown, MT. She was born on May 15, 1934 in Great Falls, MT to Benedict and Elsie Hermansen Gossack. She was raised above her parents' grocery store in Highwood, MT, as she would say, she as a Dane along with her four Pollack brothers. Alice graduated Valedictorian from Highwood High School. She went on to attend the Montana State College in Bozeman, where she was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. And there she also met her husband, Jim. They were united in marriage on November 27, 1954 in Great Falls, MT. After Jim was discharged from the Army, they moved to Coffee Creek, MT. There they raised their children, Sabrina, Lanette, and Bradley. After they retired, they moved to Lewistown, MT. During Alice's life, she enjoyed gardening, singing, playing cards, sewing, going on Sunday drives and the color purple. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; her son, Brad; and her brothers, Ben and Stan. She is survived by her daughters, Sabrina Grove (Monte) and Lanette Scott (Paul); grandchildren, Kristen Bramante (Jake) and Kevin Grove (Kati); brothers, Vince and Ed; and many nieces and nephews. Alice's family wants to extend a very special "Thank You!" to the amazing staff at Caslen Assisted Living for the wonderful care she received while she was there. A private family service will be held for her at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Alice's memory to the Council on Aging in Lewistown, MT, Hospice at CMMC in Lewistown, MT or a charity of your choice.
