Description	:	Alma M. "Mom-Mom" Hobbs died on March 6, 2011. She was 79 years old. Born in Preston on June 28, 1931, she was the daughter of the late, Floyd and Emma Fluharty Coleman. Mrs. Hobbs was a life member of the Easton Church of God, participating in many church activities. She enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with her family, especially at picnics and eating crabs. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hobbs, Sr.; her children, Deborah M. She enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with her family, especially at picnics and eating crabs. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Hobbs, Sr.; her children, Deborah M. Sweet (Butch) of Tilghman, Robert Hobbs, Jr. (Janice) of Easton, Dorothy Lee Hollingsworth (Billy) of Church Hill and Charles R. Hobbs (Robin) of Everson, Washington; her sisters, Louise Blades, Evelyn Deel, and Barbara Gannon; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Coleman; her sisters, Ruth Eason and Dorothy Christopher; her granddaughter, Janelle Nicole Hobbs, who died in 1974; and her son in-law, Randy Haddaway, who died in 2000. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 15 at the Easton Church of God, where friends may call on Monday, March 14 between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chesapeake Christian School, 1009 North Washington Street, Easton, MD 21601. Funeral arrangements by Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, P.A. in Easton.
