Description	:	Mrs Alma Bryant an old resident of the St Anthony neighborhood died at her home Friday afternoon at two o'clock. She had been bedfast for the past three weeks. Mrs Bryant was born Alma Bazzell, daughter of John and Mary Bazzell December 29, 1868 at Madison, Wisconsin and was married to Joseph Bryant at St Anthony November 3, 1888. She was the mother of four sons and two daughters. One son Enos died October 6, 1907. Mrs Bryant was born Alma Bazzell, daughter of John and Mary Bazzell December 29, 1868 at Madison, Wisconsin and was married to Joseph Bryant at St Anthony November 3, 1888. She was the mother of four sons and two daughters. One son Enos died October 6, 1907. The surviving are two daughters, Mrs Dorothy Hatcher of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Mrs Ell Spurling of Marshalltown and the sons Eldah and Tom of St Anthony and Floyd of Clemons. One sister, Mr P W Eleby of Los Angeles, California and 20 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Clemons Christian church with Burial at the Clemons Cemetery. October 12, 1939 State Center Enterprise.
