E.Bottorf of Ninety Rd. Death was due to infirmities. Mrs. Olin was for many years a familiar figure at dances in Ashtabula County where he played the violin. He gained considerable fame as an old fashioned fiddler and on Jan. 23, 1926 played on the program at Cleveland Public Auditorium, sponsored by the Martha Lee Club as part of the Ford National Show Week when old time dances were played by musicians famed in their line of musicianship. Mr. Olin was a stone mason by occupation. For 25 years he had charge of the cemetery at Plymouth and was a justice of peace 28 years. His current term would have expired Jan. 1. Mr. Olin was born in Plymouth Aug. 6, 1850, and had been a resident of that township all his life. He was married to Hattie Rose, Nov. 13, 1878. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Olin, and four children. The children are Mrs. Bessie Stephens, Ashtabula; Mrs. Winifred King, Elyria; Y. A. Olin, Saybrook, and Mrs. F. E. Bottorf, Ninety Rd. at whose home Mr. Olin died. There are 13 grandchildren and six great granchildren. Two daughters preceded him in death. They were Mrs. Fannie Ferguson, Conneaut, and Mrs. Vera Lovejoy, Ashtabula. The body is at the Zaback Funeral Home where services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in charge of Dr. W.S. Morley of the Harris Memorial Church. Burial will be at Plymouth Cemetery.
