Description	:	Myra Jones was born April 21, 1901 in Creston, Ill., to Knut Ole and Anna Maria (Digerness) Eittreim. She was a graduate of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., and received her master's degree from the University of Southern California. She worked at the University of Southern California as a librarian and retired from that university in the late 1960s as its head librarian. She enjoyed reading, animals, flowers, her family and friends and Decorah. Almyra Jones was preceded in death by her parents; by brothers Oliver and Alvin Kingsley of Decorah and Wilbur Kingsley of the East Coast, and by sisters Viola (William)...
