Survivors are 4 sons, Billy Lay of Knoxville, Clifford Lay of Yale, Michigan, Alonzo Lay, Jr. of Laredo, Texas, Otis Lay of Elk Valley; 5 daughters, Mrs. Evon Berry of Elk Valley, Mrs. Irene Wilson of Pontiac, Michigan, Mrs. Roasalie Sifferd of Orlando, Florida, Mrs. Lila Ried of Huntingtown, Maryland, and Mrs. Betty Frazier of Bufford, South Carolina; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
