She grew up in Aberdeen where she received her education, graduating from high school in 1941. On June 26, 1943, she was united in marriage with Raymond Dell at Aberdeen. In 1978, they... Read More	Alta Dell, 91, of Sioux Falls, died Monday, April 7, 2014 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Alta Victoria Olsen was born March 21, 1923 in Aberdeen, SD. She grew up in Aberdeen where she received her education, graduating from high school in 1941. On June 26, 1943, she was united in marriage with Raymond Dell at Aberdeen. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Aberdeen before moving to Sioux Falls in 1958. In 1969, they relocated to Minneapolis, MN and moved again in the summer of 1970 to Indianapolis, IN. In 1978, they moved to Atlanta, GA where they lived until their move to St. Cloud, MN in 1980. In 1985, Ray and Alta retired to Arkansas for 18 years before settling permanently in Sioux Falls. They were living in Sioux Falls at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; two sisters; son, Donovan R. Dell; son-in-law, Victor Steilow and daughters-in-law, Bobbie Dell and Tammy Dell. Memorial services will begin 1:00 pm Friday at Grace Lutheran Church. Private interment will be in Hills of Rest Memorial Park.
