Surviving are her husband, Charles Raymond Bailey of the home; a son, Randy Bailey, Sr. and his wife Alice Bailey of Inman; a daughter, Melinda Cogdill and her husband, Chris Cogdill of Inman; two brothers, Ray Raines of Spartanburg and Douglas Raines of Acworth, Georgia; a sister, Charleen Cartee of Campobello; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bailey was predeceased by one son, Charles Kenneth Bailey and two brothers, J.T. Raines and Dennis Raines. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Fairview Free Will Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Tim Hackett and Rev. John Smith. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
