Description	:	Back then barber shops were known as tonsorial parlors. He first operated a barber shop in Postville and later in Minneapolis. He married Daisy Manion (in 1900), Florence Beale (around 1904), and Edith Wegner (after 1920). At the time of the 1920 census he was living at home with his parents and divorced. His obituary lists a daughter, Genevieve, but records indicate she was actually a step-daughter whose surname was Ingersoll. He was afflicted with cardiac dilation for 12 years, until his death.
