Description	:	Mrs. Henry Kraayenbrink died at her home on Wednesday evening, Feb. 2, 1949 at the age of 79 years, seven months and twenty days. She was born in the Netherlands on June 13, 1869 and is survived by one daughter Mrs. Egbert Kaemingk of Everson, Washington, and four sons John of Orange City, Albert of Sioux Center, Henry of Doon, and Ben of Sioux Center. She is further survived by 33 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and also brothers and sisters in the Netherlands. She was preceded in death by her husband who died in 1934, a son Dick who died at the age of 32 years and a daughter Lena, (Mrs. John Hofland) of Sanborn. Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at the home and at the Second Christian Reformed Church. Rev. John Breuker officiated at the services and burial took place at the local cemetery Acting as pall-bearers were six of the grandsons, Ted Kaemingk, Asa Kraayenbrink, Arend Kraayenbrink, Harry Kraayenbrink, Gt Kraayenbrink and James Hofland. -Obituary from The Sioux Center News (2/10/1949) Arrived in New York on 14 May 1912 sailing from Rotterdam, Netherlands on ship Rijsdam.
