She came to Nebraska with her parents in 1873 and lived on a homestead near Edgar until 1913. She was married to Charles Cameron February 22, 1898. She came to Nebraska with her parents in 1873 and lived on a homestead near Edgar until 1913. She was married to Charles Cameron February 22, 1898. To this union were born two daughters, both of whom are living. They came to Kenesaw 19 years ago and have made their home there since that time. Early in life Mrs. Cameron united with the Methodist Church and at the time of her death her membership at Kenesaw. She was a faithful Christian, a good wife and mother and a helpful friend to all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Leslie Wenner and Mrs. Chester Snyder both of Casper, Wyoming; two sisters, Mrs. Leslie Cook of Edgar and Mrs. Willard Jones of Fairfield; four brothers, Frank Smith of Independence, Mo.; Wm Smith of Yates Center, Kansas, Wyman Smith of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Ivan Smith of Austin, Colo. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. There are four grandchildren. Many friends both at Kenesaw and Edgar will miss her. Funeral services were held at Kenesaw at the Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Kellogg and services at the grave were held at the Edgar Cemetery at 4:15 Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. Kellogg.
