Description	:	Son of Joseph Cizek and Margaret Vogltanc Cizek of Drslovice, Austria-Hungary. Grandson of Andrew Cizek and Teresa Margold Cizek (married Sept. 12, 1820) of Drslovice and Smrzovic, respectively. Andrew emigrated from Bohemia at the age of seventeen. He married Antonia Jerman, March 17, 1892. Four brothers, Joseph, James, Charles, Albert and one sister, Mary followed. Joseph (changed spelling to Chizek) and Albert and Mary lived in Nebr. Vlasta, age 13, Marie, age 11, and Albie, age 1, died within four months of each other. Vlasta and Marie of what we now know as strep w/ complications. Albie died suddenly; no known cause.
