Description	:	Funeral services were held here in Klawitter chapel Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock for Andrew Henry, well-known Nelson resident, who passed away suddenly about 1:45 Monday afternoon, due to heart failure. He was ill only Monday morning. R.L. Williams, pastor of the Presbyterian church (sic), was in charge of the services. Piano music was provided by Mrs. H.A. Brubaker, with a vocal solo, "The Lord's Prayer" by Irene Greenwood accompanied by Carol Hall closing the service. The pallbearers were W.E. McKeown, W.E. Garrison, Ralph Bottenfield, H. Henry, was born in Scearcy (sic) County, Arkansas, March 24th, 1872. His father and mother and four brothers preceded him in death. He was converted in a meeting in Arkansas near his old home. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri, in 1890 and joined the Olive Street Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri, April 1890. He is now a member of the Wornall Road Baptist Church of Kansas City, Mo. He was employed in the stock yards at Kansas City, Missouri, for thirty-five years. He was married to Mrs. Helen J. Spurck April 30th, 1921, at Los Angeles, California, and lived in Los Angeles until March 1922, when they moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where they made their home until May 1st, 1936. They then came to Nelson, Nebraska, where they lived until January 27th, 1927. They moved to Hastings, Nebraska, where they lived until July 29th, 1929. He and Mrs. Henry spent the winter of 1929-30 in Burbank, California, and returned to Nelson in May, 1930, bought them a home here, where Mrs. Henry passed away September 13th, 1936. Mr. Henry has lived in Nelson ever since Mrs. Henry's passing. He is survived by one brother, Clay Henry, of Kansas City, Kansas, and twelve nieces and nephews.
