Died between January 31 and June 9, 1732, in Mansfield, Conn. Married in 1696, Deborah Laffingwell Crow. daughter of Lieut. Thomas Leffingwell of Norwich, Conn. widow of Nathaniel Crow [who did July 30, 1695, East Hartford, Conn. The widow Deborah Crow was appointed administratrix of the estate of Nathaniel Crow, September 1695; Ferryboat 6. 1709, Andrew Warner late of Hartford, now of Windham, and Deborah his wife administrators on the estate of Nathaniel Crow, presented an account: Andrew and Deborah Warner were awarded one third of the real estate. The Andrew Warner's wife was an unrecorded daughter of Thomas Leffingwell is proved by his deed recored in Windham [Book D:45] "I Thomas Leffingwell of Norwich in consideration of the love good will and fatherly affection that I gave.. unto my son-in-law Andrew Warner of Hartford Conn. all my right in 100 acres of land, mentioned in the within deed givin to me from Abimelech; June 21.1794." Samuel Whiting of Windham conveyed to Andrew Warner of Hartford for 6, 50 acres on the southeast side of Auquebatuck abutting northerly on s'd Andrew Warner's land, March 2. 1708; witness, John Fitch, Joshua Lassell. Samuel Whiting also sold to Andrew Warner of Windham of $5, ten acres of meadow on the southwest side of Shautucket River, August 2. 1711. January 15,1714, Andrew Warner of Windham conveyed to Ens Thomas Leffingwell of Norwich 58 acres on the southwest side of Shautucker River, which he had purchased of Samuel Whiting. ect..... The will of ANDREW WARNER PROBATE I;450; In the name of God Amen ye 31st Day of January in ye year of our Lord 1731/2, I ANDREW WARNER of Mansfield in the County of Wendham in ye Coloney of Connectticut in New England yeoman, being weak and sick in body but of perfect mind and memory Thanks be given to God tharefor Caling to mind ye mortality of my body an knowing that. It is appointed for men once to dye doe make make and ordain this my last will and Testement. That is to say princeply and first of all I give and Recommend my soul passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and for Givenes of all my sins and to In herit ever lasting life: and my body I comit to ye Earth to be decently buried at ye discretion of my Executor hear after named nothing doubting that at ye General Resurrection I shall Receive ye same again by ye mighty power of God: and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me In this Life I Give demise and dispose of ye same In ye following maner and form that is say-- First I will that all Those Debt and Deuties as I owe in Right or Conciance to any manner of person or persons whatsoever shall be well and truly contented and paide or ordained to be paide in convenant time after my deceas by my Executor Hearafter named, Item I give and bequeath unto DEBORAH my dearly Wife ye use and Improvement of such moveables within doars as she stall stand in need of for her comfort so long as she lives or Continues my widow and also to be maintained and supported Honourably so long as she lives or Continues to be my Widow by my son or sons as may more fuly apear In the following part of my will. Item I give to my well beloved son JOSEPH WARNER a tract of Parsel of land lying in Windham weh land he has a Deed of Gift as may more fuly apear by sd Ded wch I estem to Be his portion ya sd land is part of my farm lying In Wendham and Is ye north side or north west side of sd farm and futher Ir is my will that my son JOSEPH shall Pay or cause to be paid to my well beloved wife ye sume of five pounds yearly If she Removes from my son Elisha's Home. I give to my will beloved son THOMAS WARNER a tract and parcel of land lying In wendham wch land he has a deed of gift of as may more fuly apear by sd farm and farther. It is my will that my Son of Three pounds yearly If she remains From my son Elisha----- Item I give to my well beloved son Elisha Warner ye Remainder and Resedue of my farm lying in wendham It being ye midle part of sd farm and als all my moveables with doears and with out together with all bonds Bills, & ye sd Elisha for to take care of and Honorable Provide for his mother Deborah my well beloved wife both in Sickness and in Health during her natural life or so long as she shall continue my widow further it is my will that if my sd wife shall of her own will and pleasure Goe from my sd son Elisha's and live with either of my other sons or Daughters hereafter mentioned then my sd son Elisha shall yearly and every year pay or cause to be paid to his Hon, Mother ye sume of Ten pounds of Good and Currant money so long as she lives or continues my widow and aslo It is my Will that my son Elisha pay to his two sisters, These Particular sums of money that are bequeathed them in this farther also I do consltutute make and ordain my sd son elisha my only and sole executor of this my last will and Testement. Item I give to my well beloved daughter Thankfull Hunttington ye sume fo Thirty pounds to be paid Hur by my son Elisha within five year after my decease____ Item I give to my well beloved daughter Mary Stoars ye som of thirty pounds money to be paide her by my son Elisha within Five years after my deceas Further It tis my will and True Intent That ye sd sixty pounds money weh I give to my Daughters so much of it shall be paide that may Remain to make up thirty Pounds money a peace that they may not have received of me in my life timer towards ye sixty pounds that I give them, In this present will besides what they have already received as part of their portion so that what money I have paid them since ye makeing of this Will shall be looked upon as part of ye sixty pounds that is willed them to be paide them by my son Elisha. Finaly I do heareby uttarly disalow revoak and disan Null all and every other formar Testements will legases bequests executors by me in any way before this time named willed and bequeathed Ratifieing and confirming this and no other To be my last will and Testement.
