Description	:	SEARSPORT - Ann L. Curtis, 80, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 22, 2017 with her loving children by her side at Harbor Hill Center. She was born June 21, 1937, a daughter of Clifton and Christine (Davis) Marriner. On September 15, 1956, she married her beloved husband Reginald T. Curtis Sr. Ann was employed for more than 30 years with the Searsport Hot Lunch Program. She loved to bake, especially cookies and fudge. Curtis, 80, passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 22, 2017 with her loving children by her side at Harbor Hill Center. She was born June 21, 1937, a daughter of Clifton and Christine (Davis) Marriner. On September 15, 1956, she married her beloved husband Reginald T. Curtis Sr. Ann was employed for more than 30 years with the Searsport Hot Lunch Program. She loved to bake, especially cookies and fudge. She was a long-time member of the Searsport United Methodist Church and the ZA Circle of the United Methodist Church. She is survived by her children; Reggie Curtis Jr., Joanne Hutchinson and husband Dale and Gina Seamans and husband Raymond, grandchildren; Danielle Ashey, Patrick Curtis, Ashley Curtis, Jessica Clark, Adam Clark, Brad Swift and Kelli Curtis, great-grandchildren; Summer, Shannon, Nathan, Hope, Aiden, Sully and Hazel. Ann is also survived by one sister Trudy Ricker, several half-brothers and sisters as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, one son Jeff Curtis and two brothers Dale Marriner and Kenneth Marriner. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of Harbor Hill Center for their loving and kind care of Ann and treating her as a family member while she was a resident. Family and friends will gather for visitation from 12 to 1 p.m. with a funeral to follow at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Young Funeral Home, 31 West Main Street, Searsport. Burial will follow the service at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Searsort. www.mitchelltweedie-young.com
