She was born Feb. 13, 1949 in Oberlin, Kansas the daughter of George and Mary (Johnson) Votapka. She was a graduate of Jennings High School and on June 10, 1967 she married Rex E. Rowh in Jennings, Ks. They moved to Cimarron from Jennings over 50 years ago. They celebrated their 53rd anniversary in 2020. She was born Feb. 13, 1949 in Oberlin, Kansas the daughter of George and Mary (Johnson) Votapka. She was a graduate of Jennings High School and on June 10, 1967 she married Rex E. Rowh in Jennings, Ks. They moved to Cimarron from Jennings over 50 years ago. They celebrated their 53rd anniversary in 2020. She was a Para Legal for Kyler Knobbe Law Office in Cimarron for more than 40 years. Ann was the Treasurer for the Gray County Fair Board for over 20 years and spent many hours preparing and serving her infamous fair board beans. Ann was a member of the Gray/ Ford County Legal Professional Association and held several elected office positions at the local, state and national levels. She was also a member of the Pawnee Acer Community Building in Kalvesta, KS. Ann loved to cook and bake and prepared food for numerous fund-raising events and funerals. She was very well known for her coconut and chocolate cream pies. Survivors include their 3 children: Jodi (Raymond) Inguanza of Cimarron, KS., Kip Rowh and companion, Stacy Hilbrich, Bay City, TX., and Jason Rowh of Jennings, KS.; her brother, Tom "Mot" Votapka, Jennings, KS.; 2 sisters, Sue Long of Jennings, KS. and Jean Lee (Rollie) Halligan of Goodland, KS.; 7 grandchildren: Samantha Inguanza and fiance, Deerek Karst, Meagan and Christopher Inguanza, Timothy (Sarah) Rowh, Luke Rowh, Drake Rowh and fiance Breanna Blackheart and her two children, Brixtyn and Brixtal and Brecken Rowh; and 3 great grandchildren, Riley, Jackson and Madison Rowh. Ann was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 21, 2020 and her parents. Memorial service will be held with her husband both on Friday, June 4, 2020 at the Gray County Fair Grounds Rec Building in Cimarron, KS. with Jim Rowh officiating.
