Description	:	Ann Teresa Evans Ann T. Evans, 92, of Glen Burnie, passed away on Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. She was born on March 30, 1924, in Lonaconing, to the late Thomas and Catherine Powers. Mrs. Evans dedicated her life to nursing and was a member of the Cadet Corps. She later retired from the University of MD Hospital. She was an active member of the Pascal Senior Center and the Church of the Good Shepherd. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles T. Evans. Ann is survived by her... Read More	Ann Teresa Evans Ann T. Evans, 92, of Glen Burnie, passed away on Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. She was born on March 30, 1924, in Lonaconing, to the late Thomas and Catherine Powers. Evans (Donna), Patricia A. Plitt (Chuck), J. Mark Evans (Anne), Stephen S. Evans (Kathy) and Christopher D. Evans (Carrie); her grandchildren, Colleen Maciolek, Lisa Evans Wells, Daniel Plitt, Rachel Evans and Sydney Evans; her great-grandchildren, Brynn Maciolek, Claire Maciolek and Molly Wells; her step grandchildren, Edward Sloman, Randy Sloman, Brian Badami and Joseph Badami; her niece, Joan Powers; and nephews, Thomas, John and Edward Powers. She is also survived by nine Evans family nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Glen Burnie, on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at 11 a.m. Inurnment will be at Maryland State Veterans Cemetery.
