Description	:	Obituary Wayne Herald 2-23-1933 Mrs. Ziemer was the former Miss Anna Anderson and was born in Sweden in 1865. Following her marriage to Louis Ziemer, the couple homesteaded near Hoskins, making their home in this vicinity about 20 years, also living near Stanton, at Grand Island and then moving to Norfolk where Mrs. Ziemer resided until last fall when she went to California to join her son. Deceased leaves three children, Harry Ziemer of Glenwood, Calif., Verne Ziemer of Omaha, and Mrs. Elmer Hughes of Sidney, One daughter preceded her in death, and Mr. Ziemer died March 8, 1929.... There are eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mrs. Ziemer leaves one sister, Mrs. Sophia Edmonds of Seattle, Wash. Several Hoskins residents went to Norfolk last Friday afternoon to attend the funeral rites for Mrs. Louis Ziemer, 68, who died in Lynwood, Calif., and whose body was brought back to Norfolk for burial. Services were at a funeral home, in charge of Rev. George Morrell of the Methodist Church. Mrs. Ziemer's son, Harry Ziemer, accompanied the body from California. Burial was at Bega cemetery. Among those attending the funeral were Mrs, Anna Manek, Mrs. L. A. Boeschardt, Mr. and Mrs. Willlam Runlow and many relatives and friends from Bega district.
