Brodbeck, 89, died at her home at 404 West Fourth Friday, after an illness of five months. She was born Aug. 4, 1868 in Germany, came to North Platte with her parents 74 years ago and has made her home here since that time. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. A.B. Culton, Mrs. Fred C. Mrs. Brodbeck was a charter member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of the American War Mothers. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Marvin E. Suhr, officiating. Burial will be in the North Platte Cemetery."
