Description	:	DYERSVILLE, Iowa - Anna B. Gaul, 91, formerly of Dyersville, died Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at the Good Neighbor Home, Manchester, after a brief illness. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville, with the Rev. Richard Gaul and the Rev. Jerry Blake officiating. Burial will be in the St. Francis Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2002, at the Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a family rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. and parish scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m. She was born on... She married Nicholas A. Gaul on Sept. 4, 1934, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Petersburg. They farmed in the Luxemburg, Prairieburg and Dyersville areas until retiring in October 1971. Mr. Gaul died on April 5, 1995. Anna was a member of St. Francis Xavier Basilica Parish. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be remembered for her love of life, of family, friends and her faith. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, and loved playing euchre. She will be missed by all. Surviving are six daughters, Rose Gansemer, of Manchester, Gwen (Carl) Healey and Ruth (Darel) Hilkin, both of Dubuque, Pearl (Francis) Schaefers, of Garnavillo, Mary Lou (Ivan) Meyers, of Omaha, Neb., and Julie (Clark) Bradley, of Marion; six sons, Bernard (Bev), of New Vienna, Les (Deb), of Ethel, Mo., Karl, Leon (Cheryl) and Mark (Mary), all of Worthington, and Cyril (Paula), of Schaumburg, Ill.; 39 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 10 stepgrandchildren. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Gaul; three grandchildren, Wendy, John and Jeff Gaul; three sisters, Ida Scherbring, Mary Wedewer and Alvira Boeding.
