So it seemed that in the Spring-time in the home of Lawrence and Edna Bowsher, on March 4, 1907, little Anna should enter, as the center and attraction of maternal love and care; a rare flower that bore the impress of Divinity and awakens within our hearts the wonderous possibilities that envelope each life, and carries us to the serious condition of the things promised by God himself in the Life to come,. ... Read More	Spring-time is when we are surrounded with glad evidences of awakening life, and hope is revived in us and we seem ready for added joys. So it seemed that in the Spring-time in the home of Lawrence and Edna Bowsher, on March 4, 1907, little Anna should enter, as the center and attraction of maternal love and care; a rare flower that bore the impress of Divinity and awakens within our hearts the wonderous possibilities that envelope each life, and carries us to the serious condition of the things promised by God himself in the Life to come,. And in the Spring-time we are, because of being surrounded by so much and abundant Life, the farthest removed, as we would think, from death; yet claiming all seasons as His own He comes, as He did in the home of Lawrence and Edna, and takes the rarest flower. But as the planter and owner has the right to his choice of all fruitage, so in this case after little Anna had for four years and one month, lacking one day, bloomed in loveliness in the home, she was selected by the Master Florist for transplanting--hear Him saying "Suffer little children to come unto me and forbid them not for such is the Kingdom of Heaven." Funeral was held at Rush Creek church at 11 o'clock Wednesday forenoon, conducted by Rev. and Mrs. Levi Woody. Interment in the cemetery nearby. The family hereby express their warmest thanks to neighbors and friends, who so kindly assisted and shared sympathy in their great trial; to the friends of Rush Creek church and especially those who furnished the song service at the funeral.
