Description	:	Anna Clausen was the daughter of Claus Clausen and Katherine "Katie" Lassen Clausen. Both of her parent's families had immigrated from Erfde, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany to Nebraska in the early 1870s. She was born on 22 Jan 1881 in Boelus, Howard, Nebraska. She married Robert Frederic Wotke (Watke) on 19 Apr 1898 at St. Paul, Howard, Nebraska. They had 3 children, two of which died in infancy: Edward Frederick Watke, (1899-1984), m. Ruth Coleman Infant Daughter Watke (1902-1902) Infant Son Watke (1905-1905) Sometime between 1905 and 1908 she and Robert Wotke (Watke) divorced. She... She married Robert Frederic Wotke (Watke) on 19 Apr 1898 at St. Paul, Howard, Nebraska. They had 3 children, two of which died in infancy: Edward Frederick Watke, (1899-1984), m. Ruth Coleman Infant Daughter Watke (1902-1902) Infant Son Watke (1905-1905) Sometime between 1905 and 1908 she and Robert Wotke (Watke) divorced. She and her young son moved from Nebraska to San Francisco sometime in late 1905 and were in San Francisco in April 1906 during the Great San Francisco Earthquake. After this they return to Nebraska, settling in western Nebraska where she met her second husband. She remarried on 18 Mar 1908 to John William Ehlers. They had one daughter: Augusta Catherine Ehlers, (1909-1982), m. Marion Mason Coleman The spouses of her two children were also brother and sister.
