At the age of 15 months she was taken by her parents to Dawes County, Nebr. At 16 years she moved to Orchard where she lived till she married Harry Hamilton at Hot Springs, So. Dak. December 31, 1885 and departed October 28, 1966 at the Plainview hospital where she had been a patient the last three years. December 31, 1917. They lived in Wyo. for a short time, then moved to Orchard, where they built up a farm home. This had been her permanent home since 1921. Anna was the youngest of four children, Philip, Jacob and Maggie, all of whom have preceded her in death. Anna became a Convert Catholic at the time of her marriage. She leaves her husband Harry, her foster daughter, Betty and family, one sister-in-law, Mrs. Millie Lautenschlager, several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Bernard Kellogg, Dallas Henenway, John Auman Jr., Glenn Ziegenbein, Joe Wies and Wayne Lautenschlager. Interment was in the Orchard Hill Cemetery.
