Description	:	Mrs. Jacob {Anna Margaret} Ulrich, 80, died 2 a.m. Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Marquardt on rural route 1 Norfolk. She was born Oct. 25, 1865 at Frank, Russia to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stroh. She was married in 1890 in Russia to Jacob Ulrich. He came to the United States in 1892 and she followed in 1893. They came to Norfolk and in 1931 went to South Dakota and came back to Norfolk in 1938. They lived with their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. William Marquardt. She was born Oct. 25, 1865 at Frank, Russia to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stroh. She was married in 1890 in Russia to Jacob Ulrich. He came to the United States in 1892 and she followed in 1893. They came to Norfolk and in 1931 went to South Dakota and came back to Norfolk in 1938. They lived with their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. William Marquardt. Mr. and Mrs. Ulrich had 9 sons and daughters. She suffered an injury years ago from which she never fully recovered. She was bedfast the past few weeks. She was preceded in death by 3 children - 2 in infancy and 1 son died in California 2 years ago. She was survived by her husband, 2 sons: Henry in Santa Monica, California; William at Chicago, Illinois; 4 daughters: Mrs. William Marquardt at Norfolk, Mrs. Wesley Bolden at Chicago, Illinois; Mrs. Mary Jahnig at Britton, South Dakota; Mrs. Lydia Wald at Birsmarch, North Dakota; 26 grandchildren including Donald Ulrich at Engelvale, North Dakota whom they reared; 11 great-grandchildren, 1 brother Conrad Stroh at Greeley, Colorado.
