The following obituary was provided by FAG contributor M.Jensen Seggerman: Mrs. Anna Mary Archer, eighty four, died Tuesday, January 18, 1938 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Ritchie of Beaver Crossing. Also surviving are another daughter, Mrs. Libbie Davis of Beaver Crossing; three sons, Jesse L. Smith of Seattle, Frank C. Smith of Knoxville, Ia., and James M. Smith of Wichita, Kas; two sisters, Mrs. Sophia Reams of Norfolk and Mrs. Catherine Miller of Friend; sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. |
