Description	:	Mrs. Clyde D. Wilson passed away at her home in Geneva, Neb., at 11:45 a. m. Sunday, June 29, 1941, aged 51 years, 1 month and 29 days. Wilson passed away at her home in Geneva, Neb., at 11:45 a. m. Sunday, June 29, 1941, aged 51 years, 1 month and 29 days. She had been in ill health many years and had suffered much. The past few weeks her condition grew worse, and she was unconscious the last four days. Anna McMahan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. McMahan, was born at Harbine, Neb., April 30, 1890. The family moved to Missouri Valley, Ia., a few years later, and in 1901 to Beatrice, Neb. She was married to Clyde D. Wilson June 26, 1912, at Beatrice, Neb. A few years later Mr. and Mrs. Wilson moved to Marysville, Kas., where they resided a year and a half, then they went back to Beatrice for about the same length of time. They then moved to Wayne, where they spent two years. In May, 1921, they came to Geneva, where Mr. Wilson became a line type operator at The Signal office and this has been their home since. Mrs. Wilson’s health in recent years did not permit her to engage in many activities and she devoted her time to her home. Those who knew her came to greatly admire her for her patience and many other admirable qualities. Her husband assisted her faithfully ever since she became ill, and his tender care helped to prolong her life. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Rebekah order. She was also a member of the Methodist ladies’ aid. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband and an only son, Revilo, of Peoria, Ill., one grandson, Herbert, her aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. T. McMahan, two brothers, Will and Harold, a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Pudin, all of Los Angeles, an uncle, Charles Seller of Doniphan, Kas. She was preceded in death by two brothers in infancy, and a sister, Mrs. Lillian Weston, October 1, 1936. The funeral is being held at 2 p. m. this Thursday afternoon, July 3, at the Geneva Methodist church, Rev. W. B. Pardun officiating. Interment will be in the Geneva cemetery. The Rebekah’s will conduct a service at the grave. Among those from out of town her for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Revilo Wilson, and Herbert of Peoria, Ill.; Will McMahan and Mrs. Myrtle Purdin of Los Angeles; Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Testal and Phyllis of Davenport, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Seller of Doniphan, Kas.; and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wedgwood, and Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Luckens of Lincoln.
