She was the seventh of fifteen children in that family. She attended Grahamville School and then her uncle employed her at his Mafeking restaurant where she learned about the food services industry. Annie married Jonas Franklin Bjornson on May 4, 1956. They started their family at Snow Lake, MB. In March 1958 they moved to Lynn Lake, MB where they raised four daughters and one son. For many years, Annie was employed as a cook and baker with Dominion Catering. Following the passing of her husband in 1982, Annie returned to Minitonas, MB where she retired and enjoyed her many grandchildren. Annie Bjornson suddenly passed away on Nov. 17, 1998 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 67 years. She was survived by four daughters, one son and her best friend and companion Walter. She left 14 grandchildren, five sisters and seven brothers to mourn their loss. Annie was predeceased by her husband Jonas, her parents Howard and Annie Graham; two brothers Richard & Mervin Graham and two sisters Adydian Morran & Marjorie Magill. Annie left to mourn her passing, four daughters and one son. Annie was cremated: her ashes rest beside her husband Jonas in Hillcrest Cemetery at Lynn Lake, MB.
