She was born September 10, 1932 in Horry County, a daughter of the late William H and Stella Gertrude Bland Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Minnie Cooper, Leon Jordan, H. B. Jordan, Arthur Jordan and Estaline Barnhill. Read More	Annie Ruth Shelley, 87, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 10, 1932 in Horry County, a daughter of the late William H and Stella Gertrude Bland Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Minnie Cooper, Leon Jordan, H. B. Jordan, Arthur Jordan and Estaline Barnhill. Annie Ruth was a member of High Point Baptist Church, where she loved to fellowship and serve her Lord. She loved spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time she loved to cook, sew, fish, camp and travel. Annie Ruth will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. Mrs. Shelley is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, Eugene Shelley; children, Vernon R. Jordan (Cynthia) and Ronald E. Shelley (Rose); eight grandchildren, Tracey Bartlette (Steve), Chad Jordan (Katy), Amber Anderson (Clint), Jarred Shelley (Sherice), Kelly Ellis (Jason), Casey Owens (Stephanie), Tony Melton (Jennifer) and Tonya Alford (Michael Jordan); sixteen, grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; special niece, Judy Squires and many other family and friends who will miss her. A Graveside Service will be held 3pm Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at High Point Baptist Church with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating. Watson Funeral Services and Crematory, 2300 Hwy 378, Conway, SC is serving the family.
