Description	:	Annie Virginia Presgraves, 92, of Chambersburg, Pa., formerly of Luray, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Chambersburg. She was born Sept. 4, 1920, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Philip Isaiah and Lillie Blanch Griffith Ellis. She was married to Cletus H. Presgraves, who died Aug. 23, 1973. Mrs. Presgraves was a member of Luray Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church. Mr. and Mrs. Presgraves owned and operated the Tower Motel (now Luray Caverns East) on West Main Street for many years. Read More	Annie Virginia Presgraves, 92, of Chambersburg, Pa., formerly of Luray, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Chambersburg. She was born Sept. 4, 1920, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Philip Isaiah and Lillie Blanch Griffith Ellis. She was married to Cletus H. Presgraves, who died Aug. 23, 1973. Mrs. Presgraves was a member of Luray Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church. Mr. and Mrs. Presgraves owned and operated the Tower Motel (now Luray Caverns East) on West Main Street for many years. She moved to Chambersburg about 12 years ago and resided with her daughter and son-in-law. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Doris Jean and Kenneth Comer of Chambersburg; two granddaughters, Sara and husband Tom Dorwart of Manheim, Pa., and Julie Comer of Charlottesville; four great-granddaughters, Emily, Bethany, Mariah and Lauren Dorwart; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Eula Ellis; and six brothers, Cletus, John, Otha, Searum, Earl and Amos. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Warren P. Brubaker and the Rev. Jeffrey D. Marble. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, at the funeral home or at the home of Bennie and Bonnie Ellis, 40 Eden Rd., Luray, anytime. (Paid Obituary)
