Miller, about 70, prominent Polson business man, was found by relatives early today in two feet of water at the shore of Flathead Lake. Miller, about 70, prominent Polson business man, was found by relatives early today in two feet of water at the shore of Flathead Lake. County Coroner John Dimon said Miller probably died of a heart attack. He said he did not intend to call an inquest. Relatives told authorities Miller complained of a headache late last night and left the house, telling them he was going for a walk. His body was found alongside a barge onto which he had walked. The barge, several blocks from the Miller house, had been pulled onto the beach. Miller, a furniture dealer, probably was stricken as he stood at the edge of the barge, then fell face downward into the shallow water, the coroner said. Miller, born at Frankfort, Indiana had been a resident of this section for 24 years. He lived on a homestead near Ronan before coming to Polson more than 12 years ago. He is survived by his widow, who is an invalid; a son, Claude of Los Angeles, and four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Little of Los Angeles, Mrs. V.C. Hollingsworth of Deer Lodge, Mrs. Ethel Steel and Mrs. N.J. Cline of Polson.
