Arabella Rose was born on November 15, 1937 to Aubrey and Mable (Christenson) Guyer in Elgin, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed at West Clermont Lutheran Church, Clermont, Iowa. Arabella graduated from West Union High School in 1955. Arabella Rose Kleppe was united in marriage to Les Kleppe on September 21, 1957 at West Clermont Lutheran Church. Arabella was a homemaker and also worked for a short time for Tierney’s Clothing Store. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Ossian, Iowa. Arabella enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking and shopping with her friends. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Arabella was a great mother and a good friend to all. Visitation will be Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1-4 pm at Burnham-Wood-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, West Union, Iowa with a one hour visitation before services at the church on Monday. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Bethany Lutheran Church, rural Ossian, Iowa with Pastor Marshall Nessa as the Officiant.
