Arlene worked at Schuyler Nursing Center for several years and Birchwood Manor in North bend, NE since the late 1990’s. She was a member of St George Catholic Church in Morse Bluff, and their Alter Society, and member of F.O.E. at Schuyler. Arlene is survived by her sons; Robert(Joyce)Hines of North Bend, NE and Thomas(Erin)Hines of Port Charlotte, FL; 3 granddaughters, Jennifer(Sebastian) Castro and Colleen(Mike)Sexton all of Cape Coral, FL and Carlene(Tim)Harbeck of Omaha, NE and great grandson, Xavier Harbeck of Omaha.. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, Leonard Maly. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 AM, Thursday, July 6, 2017 at St George Catholic Church in Morse Bluff. Fr. Dennis Hunt will officiate. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 8 PM with a vigil/wake service at 7 PM all at Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend, NE. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, North Bend, NE. Memorials may be directed to St. George Catholic Church. (mosermemorialchapel.com/obituary)
