Description	:	Arline W. Sampson, 94, of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, January 06, 2015 at the Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mt. Pleasant. Mrs. Sampson, the former Arline Winona Flowers, was born March 30, 1920 in Wray, Colorado. She was the daughter of Nephi and Dora (nee Kester) Flowers. She graduated from Lamoni High School and attended a year at Graceland College in Lamoni. On July 27, 1947 in Lamoni, Arline was united in marriage to Robert Brewster “Bob” Sampson. Mrs. Sampson was employed by the former Metromail Corporation in Mt. Pleasant. She worked both on the production line and in the management offices.... Read More	Arline W. Sampson, 94, of Mt. She worked both on the production line and in the management offices. She retired from Metromail in the 1970’s. She was a member of the Community of Christ church in Mt. Pleasant, serving as the church’s pianist for many years. She loved music in a variety of ways. Often times, she enjoyed playing the piano for entertaining and relaxing. Arline was gifted in the kitchen, as she loved to cook and bake. She also held great fondness for quilting. Her parents, a twin sister – Pauline Rowan and another sister, Vera Davis, precede Arline in death. her twin sister - 106629843
