Arlone Yvonne Hubert was born February 18, 1950 to Otto and Eva (Hohlen) Hubert in Britton, SD. After receiving her education, she held various jobs in Aberdeen. Arlone married Leo Huber on March 29, 1969 in Pierre, SD. Her family was very important to her and for many years she stayed at home to raise their daughters. She later worked in Aberdeen at several businesses including Tiffany Laundry, Eagle's Nest, Aberdeen Living Center, Angelhaus, EZ Stop and the Salvation Army. Arlone had a servant's heart. She was named Volunteer of the Year for Head Start and received a trip to Rapid City. When she was younger she enjoyed fishing. She had a large garden for many years and was known for her canning. Arlone always enjoyed time spent playing UNO and pinochle with her family and friends. Over the years, the family had many pets that she loved. Her grandchildren brought her great joy. Her favorite movie was the Lion King and she watched it many times with her grandchildren. Grateful for having shared Arlone's life are her daughters, Eva (Chad) Rohrs, Aberdeen, Amy Huber (Brian Hauge), Aberdeen, Susan (Jason) Hassebroek, Westport, and Jennifer (Jason) Pelzl, Aberdeen, six grandchildren, Carolynn (Nick) Olson, Brady Hauge, Tori Hauge, Mckenzie Hassebroek, Tyson Hassebroek, and Morgan Pelzl, two great grandchildren, Zoey Rohrs and Storm Rohrs, eight siblings, Patricia Dosch of Missoula, MT, Kenneth Hubert of Aberdeen, Delbert (Pearl) Hubert of Sioux Falls, SD, Jerald (Barbara) Hubert, Bernard (Jacqueline) Hubert, Sr., Nancy (Greg) Odde, Sandra (Bruce) Jones, and Kathleen (Darrell) Humphries, all of Aberdeen and many nieces and nephews. Arlone was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Eva Hubert and brother, Richard Hubert, Sr.
